incorporate an expansion chamber "flair," between the power
jet and the sluice box; dramatically increasing its suction power and efficiency.
The "flair" slows the material; spreading it out before
passing over the sluice box, effectively increasing the recovery of fine
Gold with fewer rock jams.
Proline uses the finest
quality cross-link polyethylene in its flotation systems featuring stainless
steel inserts cast into the floats for easy assembly and superior
strength.
Proline's
attention to detail is evident when compared to other equipment offered
today. All steel and aircraft grade aluminum components are
completely TIG welded for maximum strength and durability; only high
quality hardware for component assemblies; all steel parts are heavily
plated for corrosion resistance and improved appearance, and sharp
component edges are rounded where possible to reduce snags. Proline

4.0" Flair Dredges: The jetting system is in a class by itself.
The flair & jet are a one piece design and are larger internally
than a 3"/4" hose. Includes wave classifier & Proline's
"Sure Flow Coupler" which hold the hose securely to the jet
with out distortion, making it practically impossible to get a surface
plug. The frames are elevated, allowing each side to be grabbed like a
handle or pass a rope through to anchor the dredge down. Hungarian
riffles for efficiency.

The
5" Proline flair dredge offers the same features as the 4"
flair dredge in a 5" size. The differences are the 5" is run
with two engines and pumps and the frame breaks down for easier
portability. Offered with your choice of 5 HP B&S or 5.5 HP Honda
engines and the HP350 Proline pump. Also supplied with 20 feet of
suction hose for greater depths.
