SHIPPING:
Please be assured that your items will ship out within 2 business days of purchase, not including weekends and major holidays. Your order may be shipped using USPS (U.S. Postal Service) or UPS (United Parcel Service). Sorry, but we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
Please note, when estimating when a package will be delivered, the following:
- Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
- UPS deliveries occur Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
- If you require special shipping, please call us at 530.823.9000 to place your order by phone.
NOTICE: Orders shipped in the state of California, will be charged tax at 7.25%. Out of state customers are responsible for reporting out of state purchases and paying the appropriate taxes, where required by law.
REFUNDS:
Refunds placed through pioneermining.com will be provided as a credit to the credit card used at the time of purchase within five (5) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise. Customers must call to obtain authorization for a refund/replacement within seven (7) calendar days from receipt of delivery. Products returned without prior authorization will be rejected, and returned to the customer.
Refunds will incur a 15% restocking fee, except in the case where the return is due to a defect in workmanship. Refunds will be for the product price, minus shipping fees.
